The hotel is situated in a great location with easy access to local attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast offered a nice variety of options. Easter dinner was also a nice touch, and the festive atmosphere was enjoyable.
The rooms were a bit dated and could use some refurbishment. The noise from outside was noticeable and made it difficult to sleep at times.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and enjoyed the festive spirit. the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the location was great, just a short walk to the town center and still in a peaceful area. the breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety of dishes to choose from. the rooms were well-equipped and had a nice balcony to enjoy the snow-covered view.
The shower in the bathroom needed some renovation as it was not very pleasant to look at. the sliding exit door was sometimes stuck and difficult to open.

the location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and nearby coal mines. the room we stayed in was comfortable, and although the bathroom may not have been entirely modern, it was clean and functional. the staff was attentive and accommodating, and the breakfast was basic but satisfying. the hotel's traditional charm was alluring.
The hotel's overall appearance could benefit from some renovation.

We stayed at a family-run hotel in a quiet area very close to the town centre. Best aspects were the friendly staff, clean room, a good variety of food and beverage choices in the restaurant, and a large bathroom. The hotel has good facilities and transportation was easy to find in this pleasant area.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.
